The 7th and 8th grade girls track teams did a great job in their first meet last night against Schmucker. Special shout outs go to our top scorers of the night.

7th grade scorers were Kara Gwaltney, 1st place in the 100-meter hurdles, Aleia Ellison, 2nd place in the 100-meter hurdles, Destiny Sanchez, 1st place in the 100-meter dash, and Sira Green, 3rd place in both the 100- and 200-meter dashes. The 4X100 meter relay team of Aleia Ellison, Destiny Sanchez, Kara Gwaltney, and Cecylia Gomez-Wengerd also took first place for the 7th grade girls.

8th grade scorers were Aubrie Collins, 1 place in the shot put and 2nd place in the discus, Jiana Camacho, 1st place in the 100-meter dash and 2nd place in the 200-meter dash, Sydney McLaughlin, 1st place in the 800-meter run, Emilia Martin, 2nd place in the 1600-meter run, and Tian Ci Wang, 2nd place in the 100-meter hurdles.
