It was a cold, but successful night for the 8^th grade Lady RedHawks track team as they beat by Concord in a close competition Tuesday night. The girls suffered a narrow loss to the Minutemen 47-49.

The 7^th grade 4X100-meter relay team continued their first place winning streak, collecting their 3^rd win in a row. The 7^th grade girls fought a tough battle but also lost in the end to the Lady Minutemen.

7^th grade scorers: Kara Gwaltney, 1^st place in the 100-meter hurdles and 3^rd place in the 200-meter dash, Aleia Ellison, 2^nd place in the 100-meter hurdles, Destiny Sanchez, 1^st place in the 100-meter dash and 1^st place in the high jump, Sira Green, 3^rd place in the high jump, Greidys Cruz, 2^nd place in the 400-meter run, and Rebeca Hernandez, 3^rd place in the long jump.  The 4X100-meter relay team of Aleia Ellison, Destiny Sanchez, Kara Gwaltney, and Greidys Cruz also took first place for the 7^th grade girls.

8^th grade scorers: Aubrie Collins, 1^st place in the shot put and the discus, Jiana Camacho, 1^st place in the 200-meter dash and 2^nd place in the 100-meter dash, Sydney McLaughlin, 1^st place in the 800 and the 1600-meter runs, Emilia Martin, 3^rd place in the 800 and 1600-meter runs, Penelope Jimenez, 2^nd place in the 400-meter dash, Chloe Lynn, 2^nd place in the 200-meter dash, Norah Osborne, 3^rd place in the 400-meter dash,  and Tian Ci Wang, 1^st place in the 100-meter hurdles. The 4X400-meter relay team of Sydney McLaughlin, Magdalena Miller, Norah Osborne, and Raquel Guevara also took 1^st place for the 8^th grade girls.
