What Parents Should Know Before Applying:

• Need Social Security # or Tax Identification # for parent/guardian
• Need SSN for student
• Tax return documentation for previous tax year
• Online application only
• Will need an email address
• If they do not have a home computer, there are two ways to apply:
  • Come into GMS to use a school computer
  • Contact a school counselor or Vilma Padilla, Parent Liaison and complete an Enrollment Application Worksheet
    • English version
