The City received notice this afternoon that the railroad’s plans have changed once again.  They are not closing the Madison Street railroad crossing right now, and they are moving up the closures of the other street.

On Friday, August 18, Norfolk plans to close the following railroad crossings:

• Plymouth Avenue
• Burdick Street, and
• Several private drives at the college

On Monday, August 21, their plan is to close the crossings at:

• Jefferson Street, and
• Beaver Lane
