Athletic Physical Night will take place on Monday, April 18^th at Goshen Orthopedics & Sports Medicine from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Physicals are available to current GCS 6^th graders through 11^th graders for only $20, and are by appointment only.

For an appointment, go to the GHS Athletic Office and sign up with Mrs. Schrock. You must have the completed/signed paperwork (which may be picked up from Mrs. Schrock) and the $20 to reserve your appointment.

***Please note, there is a new requirement this year; each athletic physical must be signed by a doctor. If students get their athletic physicals at other times/locations, they should make sure that a doctor signs their physical form.
