  7^th Grade Tryouts

Thursday, October 8, 4:00 – 6:00pm upper gym

Friday, October 9, 4:00 – 5:30pm upper gym – First Round Cuts

Saturday, October 10, 9:00 -11:00am Tryouts /Team Selection

 

8^th Grade Tryouts

Thursday, October 8, 6:00 – 8:00pm – lower gym

Friday, October 9, 5:30 – 7:00pm lower gym – First Round Cuts

Saturday, October 10, 9:00 -11:00am Tryouts/Team Selection

 Requirements

The following forms must be completed and submitted to the athletic office before athletes are eligible to practice or tryout.  After completion of the required forms, an Athletic Participation Clearance Card will be issued to you from the athletic office.  This Clearance card notifies the coach of your eligibility and YOU MUST PRESENT this card to your coach at the first tryout or practice.

1. 2015 – 2016 Athletic Physical Form (yellow form)
2. 2015 – 2016 Code of Conduct / Proof of Insurance  / Emergency Medical Release Form (gray form)
3. 2015 – 2016 Concussion/Cardiac Arrest Signature Form (purple form)

Selected team members will receive a season calendar on October 10.  Our mandatory parent/athlete meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14 at 6:00pm in the auditorium.
